Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego hosts meetings for new senior benchmark bonds

Chicago, May 10 – Poland’s Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego is hosting investor meetings and a global investor call on Thursday for a benchmark bond deal (A2//A-), according to a market source.

The bank plans a dollar-denominated senior notes offering with distribution through Rule 144A and Regulation S.

The bonds will be guaranteed by the republic of Poland.

BNP Paribas, Citi, ING, J.P. Morgan and Santander have been mandated joint lead managers.

The notes will be offered under the bank’s €15 billion medium-term note program and will be issued on behalf of the Covid-19 response fund.

Listing will in Luxembourg.

The lender is based in Warsaw.
