Greenland Global pays interest in kind on 7¼% notes due 2031

Chicago, Jan. 25 – Greenland Global Investment Ltd. reported an in-kind interest payment on its 7¼% notes due 2031 (ISIN: XS2207192605), according to a notice.

The Jan. 22 interest payment of $10,050,666 raises the nominal amount outstanding on the notes to $253,703,166 from $243,652,500.

The notes are guaranteed by the issuer’s parent, Greenland Holding Group Co. Ltd., and were issued under the company’s $8 billion guaranteed medium-term note program.

Greenland is a real estate developer based in Shanghai.
