Greenland Global voluntarily suspends trading of 7½% notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 28 – Greenland Global Investment Ltd. has voluntarily suspended trading of its 7¼% notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2207192605) on the Hong Kong Exchange beginning on Aug. 28, according to a company notice.

Trading is suspended until further notice due to non-payment of the interest accrued from Jan. 22 to July 22.

The interest payment was due by Aug. 21.

The issuer stated in the notice that it would make efforts to resume trading in the notes as soon as practicable.

Greenland is a Shanghai-based real estate developer.
