New Issue: Barclays sells $2.12 million phoenix autocallable notes on three stocks

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.12 million of phoenix autocallable notes due Sept. 20, 2023 linked to least performing of stocks of Wynn Resorts, Ltd., Palantir Technologies Inc. and DiDi Global Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8.25% if each stock closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on a related observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus contingent coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after six months.

If the notes are not called and each stock finishes at or above its coupon barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon.

If the worst performer falls below its coupon barrier but finishes at or above the 50% final barrier, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
