Moody's rates Bank Finance and Credit A2.ua

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2.ua long-term national scale rating to Ukraine-based Bank Finance and Credit's deposits.

Moody's said that while the bank's global scale B2/not-prime foreign-currency deposit ratings reflect global default and loss expectation, the A2.ua national scale rating reflects the standing of bank's credit quality relative to its domestic peers.

The rating is based on fundamental credit strength of the bank and reflects its rapidly growing franchise, which could eventually see it becoming firmly placed within the top 10 Ukrainian banks, the agency said.
