St. Louis, Nov. 13 - Finance and Credit Ukraine BV has priced a $100 million issue of senior loan participation notes (B2) to yield 10 3/8%, according to a market source.
The yield came on top of the price talk.
Deutsche Bank and UBS led the Regulation S deal.
Kiev, Ukraine-based Finance and Credit Bank was established in 1990.
