New Issue: Pittsburg Redevelopment, Calif., sells $67.45 million of refunding TABs

New York, June 19 – The Pittsburg Redevelopment Successor Agency of California sold $67,445,000 of series 2014 tax allocation refunding bonds for Los Medanos Community Development, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A/A) were sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. and Stinson Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2029 with 4% to 5% coupons and 0.41% to 3.68% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund the agency’s series 1999 and 2003 tax allocation bonds.
