L’Isolante K-Flex calls remaining 6% notes due 2020 at 102

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 18 – L’Isolante K-Flex SpA will redeem all of its outstanding 6% notes due July 1, 2020 in full on Oct. 31, according to a notice.
The notes will be redeemed at 102 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
As of Oct. 18, there is €26.16 million of the original €100 million principal amount outstanding.
The Milan-based issuer produces and sells thermal and acoustic elastomeric insulation materials.
