Fitch affirms K-Flex

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed L'isolante K-Flex Spa's long-term issuer default rating at B+ and its senior unsecured rating at BB-.

The agency said the affirmation reflects K-Flex's solid business profile benefitting from international revenues, diverse end-markets and dominant market positions, paired with the company's prudent balance sheet management.

Its ratings are constrained by limited scale and modest operational diversification, Fitch said.
