GlassHouse Technologies trustee seeks court OK to hire legal counsel

By Kali Hays

New York, July 24 – GlassHouse Technologies, Inc.’s chapter 7 trustee, Jonathan R. Goldsmith, is seeking court authorization to employ Goldsmith, Katz & Argenio, P.C. as his legal counsel, according to a Thursday motion with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

The trustee selected Goldsmith, Katz & Argenio based on the firm’s experience in bankruptcy law.

Attorneys responsible for the case will assist the trustee in his review of company assets, pursuit of claims of the estate, liquidation of the estate and any other legal needs the trustee may have.

GlassHouse, an Oxford, Mass.-based data services provider, filed for bankruptcy June 16. The Chapter 7 case number is 14-41352.
