GlassHouse files Chapter 7 bankruptcy; Goldsmith named interim trustee

Pittsburgh, June 17 – GlassHouse Technologies, Inc. made a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Jonathan R. Goldsmith was named interim Chapter 7 trustee for the case.

According to court documents, GlassHouse has up to $1 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in debt.

Chapter 7 bankruptcy is used for the liquidation of company assets.

The company is represented by Murphy & King, PC.

GlassHouse is an Oxford, Mass.-based data services provider. The Chapter 7 case number is 14-41352.
