American Campus Communities plans to price guaranteed senior notes

Los Angeles, Oct. 5 – American Campus Communities Operating Partnership LP plans to price senior notes guaranteed by American Campus Communities, Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The notes will feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility and for general business purposes.

The Austin, Tex.-based real estate investment trust owns, develops and manages student housing properties.
