ERP Operating plans to conduct sale of 10-year notes via four dealers

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 4 – ERP Operating, LP plans an offering of notes due Nov. 1, 2026, according to a 424B5 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call until Aug. 1, 2026 and are then callable at par.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corp. and UBS Investment Bank are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general company purposes.

The unit of apartment property builder and manager Equity Residential is based in Chicago.
