DBRS downgrades Glencore

DBRS said it downgraded the issuer rating of Glencore plc to BBB from BBB (high) with a stable trend.

DBRS also downgraded and discontinued the ratings of each of Glencore Finance (Canada) Ltd. (formerly Xstrata Finance (Canada) Ltd.) and Glencore Canada Corp.

The downgrade reflects DBRS’ view that Glencore’s current credit risk profile is not in line with DBRS’ BBB (high) rating category.
