Moody's ups 10 Indonesia banks

Moody's Investors Service said it raised the foreign-currency long-term deposit ratings of 10 Indonesian banks to Ba2 from Ba3.

The upgrades conclude reviews that began in December and are in line with actions on Indonesia's ratings.

Bank CIMB-Niaga's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, Ba1/Ba1 foreign-currency issuer/subordinated debt rating and not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating were unaffected. Its baseline credit assessment is Ba2.

Bank Danamon Indonesia's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba2 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Bank Internasional Indonesia's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, Ba1 foreign-currency issuer rating and not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba2 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Bank Mandiri's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba2 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Bank Negara Indonesia's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba3 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Bank Permata's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba3 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba1 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Bank Tabungan Negara's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is negative. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba3 baseline credit assessment were unaffected.

Pan Indonesia Bank's foreign-currency long-term deposit rating was raised to Ba2 from Ba3. The outlook is stable. Its Baa3 global local-currency deposit rating, not-prime foreign-currency short-term deposit rating and Ba3 baseline credit assessment.
