Knoxville, Tenn., June 13 – American Shared Hospital Services said it settled a $1.58 million private placement of stock with directors Raymond C. Stachowiak, John Ruffle and Stanley Trotman. The deal priced June 11.
The company sold 650,000 common shares at $2.43 apiece, which is identical to the June 10 closing share price.
The San Francisco company provides Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery equipment and radiation therapy and related equipment to medical centers.
