Kazakhstan's Bank CenterCredit to sell $200 million to $300 million five-year notes Wednesday

New York, Jan. 25 - Bank CenterCredit International BV is expected to price $200 million to $300 million of five-year senior unsecured notes (Ba1//BB-) during London's afternoon hours, according to a market source.

Books will close at the start of London's session Thursday while books for U.S. orders will end at the close of Wednesday's session in New York.

The order book stands at $525 million, with European orders making up half of the book.

Meanwhile, the issue is being talked at 8 1/8% to 8 3/8%.

The roadshow concluded on Wednesday in London.

Citigroup and ING are underwriters for the Regulation S offering.

The issuer is Kazakhstan-based bank.
