Kazakhstan's Bank Caspian sets talk for $150 million three-year bonds at 7¾% to 8%

New York, Oct. 4 - Bank Caspian set price talk for a $150 million debut offering of three-year bonds (Ba2//B+) at 7¾% to 8%, according to a market source.

Citigroup is the lead manager.

The issuer is a commercial bank based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
