New Issue: Jefferies sells $745,000 capped buffered leveraged notes on SPDR Dow

Columbus, Ohio, April 5 – Jefferies Group LLC and wholly owned subsidiary Jefferies Group Capital Finance Inc. priced $745,000 of 0% senior capped buffered leveraged notes due March 24, 2026 tied to the SPDR Dow Jones industrial average exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the gain, capped at par plus 43%.

If the ETF finishes flat or falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% ETF decline beyond 15%.
