New Issue: China’s eSun prices RMB 650 million 8 3/8% notes due 2018 at par

Atlanta, June 17 – China’s eSun Holdings Ltd. priced RMB 650 million four-year notes at par to yield 8 3/8% on Monday, a market source said.
ANZ, DBS, HSBC and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
eSun is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company for subsidiaries engaged primarily in the media and entertainment industries.
