Five-year unsecured debentures being sold along with one-year warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., June 10 – Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc. said it arranged a C$10 million non-brokered private placement of 8% unsecured debentures.
Each debenture matures in five years. The securities may be put.
Investors also will receive 250 warrants for each C$1,000 of debentures. Each warrant is exercisable at C$0.40 for one year. The strike price is a 42.86% premium to the June 9 closing share price of C$0.28.
The Toronto company offers investment advisory services.
