Shackleton 2014-VI to issue $440.5 million of notes via refinancing

Norfolk, Va., March 20 – Shackleton 2014-VI CLO, Ltd./Shackleton 2014-VI CLO, LLC plans to issue $440.5 million of notes via a refinancing, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

On April 17, Shackleton intends to issue $159.5 million of class A-1-R senior floating-rate notes (Aaa (sf)/AAA (sf)/), $153.5 million of class A-2-R senior floating-rate notes (Aaa (sf)/AAA (sf)/), $25 million of class B-1-R senior floating-rate notes (AA (sf)/), $37.5 million of class B-2-R senior fixed-rate notes (AA (sf)/), $39 million of class C-R deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes (A (sf)/) and $26 million of class D-R deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes (BBB (sf)/).

Proceeds will be used to refinance the class A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C and D notes.

New York-based Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
