Fitch downgrades SPPD

Fitch Ratings said it trimmed SPP-distribucia, as' long-term issuer default rating to BBB+ from A- and senior unsecured rating to A- from A and left them on rating watch negative.

“The downgrade of SPPD's IDR and RWN are a direct consequence of the downgrade of eustream, which contributes around 50% of SPPI's EBITDA,” Fitch said in a press release.
