Switzerland’s Dufry to redeem 4˝% senior notes due 2022 on Nov. 12

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 12 – Dufry Finance SCA plans redeem all of its outstanding 4˝% senior notes due 2022 using proceeds from a new offering of €800 million 2˝% seven-year senior notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 12 at 103.375 plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee, and Societe Generale Bank & Trust is the principal paying agent.

Dufry is a Basel, Switzerland-based global travel retailer.
