Fitch rates Turk Telekomunikasyon AA+(tur)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Turk Telekomunikasyon AS a national long-term rating of AA+(tur) with a stable outlook.

“Large exposure to foreign-currency funding from foreign banks and investors remains a risk factor for the rating, but we see clear capacity for deleveraging as revenue and EBITDA grow despite macro challenges in the Turkish economy,” the agency said in a news release.
