Zymogenetics files $200 million stock shelf

Washington, June 17 - Zymogenetics Inc. filed a $200 million common stock shelf in an S-3 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Seattle-based biotech firm said offerings authorized by the shelf would be used for clinical and preclinical development of existing product candidates, discovery and development of additional product opportunities and working capital and other general corporate purposes.
