ZTE Corp. plans to issue up to RMB 8 billion of medium-term notes

New York, March 27 – ZTE Corp. announced that it plans to issue up to RMB 8 billion medium-term notes with a maturity date of not more than five years, according to a regulatory notice.

The proceeds of the notes, issued in one or more tranches, will be used for working capital and repayment of debt.

The telecommunications equipment and systems company is based in Shenzhen, China.
