ZOO ABS buys back €15.86 million class A-1B notes at 70 in tender offer

Chicago, Sept. 22 - ZOO ABS 4 plc said it accepted tenders for €15,857,000 of its €115.7 million of class A-1B senior secured floating-rate notes due 2096 at an average price of 70 and at a maximum price of 70.

The issuer will pay €11,099,900 plus €116,393.90 of accrued interest for the notes.

Settlement will occur on Sept. 23. The offer began on Aug. 12 and ended at 11 a.m. ET on Sept. 16.

As previously noted, the notes are secured mainly by a portfolio consisting primarily of collateral debt securities managed by P&G SGR SpA.
