Zonagen changes name to Repros Therapeutics

Tampa, Fla., May 2 - Zonagen, Inc. has changed its name to Repros Therapeutics, Inc., effective immediately.

In conjunction with the name change, the company also is changing its Nasdaq symbol to "RPRX," effective with the opening of trading on Thursday.

The name change was approved by company shareholders at the annual meeting on Tuesday.

Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Zonagen develops pharmaceutical products that address serious conditions of the male and female reproductive systems.
