Zobele calls €180 million 7 7/8% notes due 2018 for Feb. 1 redemption

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 30 – Zobele Holding SpA will redeem all €180 million of its 7 7/8% senior secured notes due 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date. They were issued in 2013.

The record date will be Jan. 31.

The redemption is subject to availability of funds under the company’s senior facilities agreement.

U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. is the trustee.

The Trent, Italy-based company is a global supplier of air care and insecticide devices.
