Zhongyu Gas proposes dollar-denominated senior notes offering

Concord, N.H. May 20 – Zhongyu Gas Holdings Ltd. plans to price dollar-denominated senior notes (expected rating: Ba3), according to market sources.

The international offering is being conducted by HSBC as global coordinator and joint bookrunner together with Credit Suisse and UBS as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance certain of its existing offshore debt.

Completion of the notes issue is subject to market conditions and investor interest. The Regulation S notes will not be offered to the public in Hong Kong.

The gas distribution and construction company is based in Hong Kong.
