China’s Zhaojin Mining eyes dollar-denominated notes via Credit Suisse

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 18 – Zhaojin Mining Industry Co. Ltd. is planning an offering of dollar-denominated notes to professional investors.

A series of roadshows is expected to begin on or around Oct. 22.

Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd. is the bookrunner, global coordinator and lead manager for the Regulation S deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.

The gold mining company is based in Zhaoyuan, China.
