China’s Zhaojin Mining plans up to RMB 3.6 billion medium-term notes

Madison, Wis., Sept. 19 – Zhaojin Mining Industry Co. Ltd. said it plans to issue up to RMB 3.6 billion of medium-term notes in China.

The notes may be issued in one or more tranches.

Proceeds will be used for the company’s operations.

The proposed issue is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming meeting as well as regulatory approval.

The company said it may also issue up to RMB 2 billion of super short-term bonds.

The gold mining company is based in Zhaoyuan, China.
