Zeus, Zeus II lower exchange prices of 0% exchangeables due 2013, 2016

Madison, Wis., Sept. 6 - Zeus (Cayman) and Zeus II (Cayman) adjusted the exchange prices of their zero-coupon guaranteed exchangeable notes due 2013 and zero-coupon guaranteed exchangeable notes due 2016, respectively, according to notices from adviser and trustee Daewoo Securities Co., Ltd.

The exchange price for the 2013 notes was lowered to ¥2,546.1453 from ¥2,555.9458, and the exchange price for the 2016 notes was lowered to ¥1,570.3914 from ¥1,576.4363.

The new exchange prices became effective Aug. 31.

The price adjustments resulted from the purchase of 59,886 additional SK Telecom American Depositary Receipts with dividend proceeds.

Zeus and Zeus II are special-purpose vehicles of Posco, a steel producer based in Seoul, South Korea.
