Zeus calls ¥52.8 billion 0% guaranteed exchangeable notes due 2013

Madison, Wis., July 19 - Zeus (Cayman) said that it will redeem its ¥52,795,000,000 zero-coupon guaranteed exchangeable notes due Aug. 19, 2013 on Aug. 19.

The notes will be redeemed at an early redemption amount of ¥1,015,094.06 per ¥1 million principal amount of notes.

Posco is the guarantor of the notes, and Citibank, NA is the trustee and agent.

Zeus is the special-purpose vehicle of Posco, a South Korea-based steel producer.
