By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, April 17 - Bangladesh's Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. gave initial guidance in the 9% area for its upcoming $300 million issue of five-year notes (expected ratings: B1/B+/), a market source said.

Citigroup is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which is expected to price on Thursday.

The notes are non-callable for five years.

The issuer is a cellular services provider and a subsidiary of Malta's Telecom Ventures Ltd., part of Egypt's Global Telecom Holding.
