Chicago, May 23 – Zenith Bank priced $500 million 7 3/8% five-year notes (//B+) at par, a market source said.
Citigroup and Goldman Sachs were the joint bookrunners for the deal.
Zenith is a lender based in Lagos, Nigeria.
