Des Moines, April 26 - Zenergy Power plc negotiated a private placement of shares for £6,000,044.
The company plans to sell 4,285,746 ordinary shares to institutional investors at 140p per share.
Ambrian Partners will act as agent.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Zenergy is a London-based manufacturer of high-temperature superconductive materials.
