Zee Telefilms to issue up to $100 million convertibles

New York, Feb. 11 - Zee Telefilms Ltd. said its board of directors has authorized the company to issue up to $100 million of convertible bonds.

The Mumbai, India, media and entertainment company said it would use proceeds to upgrade equipment and for other project spending.
