Zee Learn approves $60 million of equity-linked instruments at meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 16 - Zee Learn Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue $60 million of equity-linked instruments.

The board of directors meeting was held on Sept. 16.

Mumbai, India-based Zee Learn provides education management and advisory services.
