Moody's: No change to Zayo

Moody's Investors Service said the B2 corporate family rating on Zayo Group LLC is unchanged following the company's proposed offering to upsize its recently launched term loan to $1.62 billion from $1.5 billion.

The agency said the additional proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes or future acquisitions.
