New Issue: Bangkok Bank issues 20 billion baht debentures at par to yield 4 3/8%

Madison, Wis., Dec. 11 - Bangkok Bank PCL announced it issued 20 billion baht of 4 3/8% subordinated debentures at par.

The 10-year debentures are putable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Ltd. assigned an AA-(tha) rating to the debentures.
