Chicago, June 10 – Bangkok Bank PCL priced $750 million of 4.3% five-year notes (BBB+) on Wednesday, a market source told Prospect News.
The notes priced with a 130 basis points spread over Treasuries, lower than talk in the 175 bps area.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC were bookrunners.
The issuer is a commercial banking group based in Bangkok, Thailand.
