Croatia’s Zagrebacki takes in tenders for €146.3 million of 5½% notes

New York, July 14 – Zagrebacki Holding doo announced that it received tenders for €146.3 million of its €300 million of 5½% notes due 2017.

All the valid tenders were accepted for purchase, according to a notice.

Settlement is scheduled for July 18 subject to satisfaction of the financing condition.

Following settlement, the issuer will have €153.7 million of the notes outstanding.

Zagrebacki announced the tender on June 30, saying it was offering to pay €1,025.00 per €1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest.

The tender ended at 11 a.m. ET on July 13.

The issuer said that it aims to reduce the cost of its debt by carrying out the transactions.
