Knoxville, Tenn., April 28 - Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. said it plans a C$10.01 million private placement of stock via Byron Capital Markets.
The company will sell 36.4 million flow-through common shares at C$0.275 each on a best-efforts basis.
Proceeds will be used for exploration.
Yukon-Nevada is a Vancouver, B.C.-based mineral exploration company.
