Empire Capital reports stake of 10% in Yucheng Technologies

Philadelphia, Nov. 24 - Empire Capital Partners, LP reported an investment of 10% in Yucheng Technologies Ltd. as of Sept. 10, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 1,763,988 shares.

On March 7, Empire Capital reported a passive stake of 10%, representing 1,762,000 shares, according to a SC 13G/A filing.

That was increased slightly from the passive stake of 7.3%, or 1,205,173 shares that Empire reported on Dec. 31, 2007.

The investor first reported holdings of 6.3%, or 1,040,000 shares, on Nov. 21, 2007.

Yucheng is a Beijing company that provides information technology solutions for the banking industry in China.
