YRC Worldwide to redeem all outstanding senior floaters due 2008

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 - YRC Worldwide Inc. will redeem all $150 million of its outstanding senior floating-rate notes due May 15, 2008 on Dec. 28, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest up to, but not including, the redemption date.

US Bank is the trustee.

Based in Overland Park, Kan., YRC Worldwide, formerly known as Yellow Roadway Corp., is a transportation service provider.
