New Issue: Young Broadcasting $250 million seven-year notes yield 8½%

St. Louis, Mo., Nov. 30 - Young Broadcasting priced $250 million of seven-year senior notes (B2/B) Friday at par, yielding 8½%, in line with the 8½% area price talk, syndicate sources told Prospect News.

Joint bookrunners were Deutsche Banc Alex Brown and Wachovia Securities, with CIBC World Markets as co-manager.
