Yonkers, N.Y., to sell $65.4 million RANs and BANs Nov. 25

New York, Nov. 18 - The city of Yonkers in New York is expected to price $65.4 million in series 2008-09 revenue anticipation notes and bond anticipation notes on Nov. 25, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/SP-1+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Roosevelt & Cross and Stone & Youngberg as the senior managers.

The sale includes $60 million in series 2008-09 notes, which are due June 30, 2009, and $5.4 million in series 2008 bond anticipation notes, which are due Aug. 14, 2009.

Proceeds will be used for capital expenses ahead of the collection of revenues and the sale of additional bonds.
