YIT holders tender 0.2%, 42.6% and 24% of three floating note series

Chicago, May 30 - YIT Corp. said holders tendered about 0.2% of its €50 million of floating-rate notes due August 2014 and about 42.6% of its €50 million of floating-rate notes due March 2014.

The offer ran from May 21 through May 29.

After settlement on June 24, there will be €49.9 million of the floaters due August 2014 and €28.7 million of the floaters due March 2014 left outstanding, according to a company press release.

The payment will be €100,100 for the floaters due August 2014 and €50,050 for the notes due March 2014 each, plus accrued interest up to the settlement date, the release noted.

In addition, YIT said it received tenders for about 24% of its floaters due September 2016, with a current principal amount of €25.01 million.

After settlement on June 24, there will be €19,007,600 of the notes outstanding.

YIT is a Helsinki, Finland-based company engaged in the construction sector.
